For the longest time, I sat on this project - launching our newsletter. WHY? Because, I didn’t want us to be another newsletter in your inbox that you aren’t excited to open.

I did what any other fellow over-thinker, perfectionist would do…I procrastinated.

I kept telling myself, “let’s not do anything until it’s ready!”

Of course, there will never be a perfect time to start something.

So, here we go.

To start small but definitely with some purpose.

I hope to grow this newsletter into a little space within the Internet where we can shine a spotlight on what our members are working on, share new ideas and real world applications, a space where we can be candid about our journey and not feel like we will be judged.

I hope you will join me and stay with me on this journey as we shape the future of Women In AI for Good together.

In the first episode of this newsletter, we are keeping things simple. We share about the progress made in our community since our launch (it’s only been 8 months!), and 3x3x3 - 3 concepts to learn, 3 channels to aid your learning, and 3 upcoming events for you to consider joining.

WOMEN IN AI FOR GOOD…SO FAR

What started as a small dinner for 20 women on 26th March 2025 has started to become a movement. The mission for the first year was simple - support 1000 women to adopt AI responsibly in their personal and professional life!

And we have now served over 500+ women through our various events and even hosted an event in Taiwan in the last 8 months alone.

Our community - where heart meets action!

What you can expect in 2026 (Super excited about these!!!!)

• We will be expanding our Vibe & Build into learning pathways - we will guide you end to end to build agents, solve for specific use case problems

• One day festival in March!

• Expansion into new markets so you can connect with members in more industries & countries

• Building tech partners into our fold - learn directly from the builders and ambassadors of the tools we need to leverage

• Mentorship & peer to peer learning circles

The nonchalant approach to keeping up, when the tech keeps evolving so quickly

I feel you! One of the most common issue that our community has raised is, “HOW DO I KEEP UP WHEN NEW TOOLS ARE DROPPED EVERY MIN?”

The reality is, we don’t get to stay on top of everything all the time. We need to be able to bring some structure to this chaos. Personally, I find that stacking knowledge and learning to solve for specific problems one at a time can bring relief (JOMO - the joy of missing out is real!)

3 concepts I am learning at this point in time:

1. Contextual prompting: The way we interface and work with prompts is rapidly changing, especially when we start working with Agents.

2. AI Testing: The outputs we get are still not reliable nor trustworthy. What can organisations (regardless of size or industry) do to build trustworthy AI systems? How can we keep testing cost effective?

3. Building with Lovable: With vibe coding, the barrier from idea to a working prototype is paper thin. However, how can we build apps or websites for scale while being secure? How can we use tools like lovable, manus, or n8n in our workflow automations?

I curated these channels because I find myself visiting them often in my own learning journey. If you enjoy learning the foundations of the technology, how to apply them to real world problems, and how other companies are leveraging these tech, these channels might resonate with you.
